- Miami will almost certainly be ranked this week, but Butler is likely to fall out and ensure a Miami ranking if they are defeated by Florida State. Leonard Hamilton's team has won seven in a row including a win over Florida in Gainesville since losing to USF the second weekend of the season.
- Louisville coming off an awful loss to Dayton at home faced a decent Purdue team today. Recall Matt Painter's Boilermaker team gave Florida all they could handle last year in the NCAAs.
- With the Hurricanes victory over Mississippi State the ACC is now 6-3 against the SEC this year. The ACC is however 3-8 against the Big East with two of the wins coming by Miami.
- We will have another ACC Power Poll on the site this upcoming Wednesday as well as look a preview of the league in our first episode of Canes Rising Radio.

This site is shit. All this coverage of Basketball and no focus on recruiting or the high school championships this weekend!
Where are the recruiting stories? Why aren't you covering Miami Northwestern, the baby Canes if you will? Why are you not discussing Football anymore in the heart of the season?
This hardly deserves to be called a Canes site!
