Jack McClinton is UM's first All-ACC First Team Selection

Joining the elite company of Tim James and Johnny Hemsley, Jack McClinton became the third Hurricane player ever and the first since the Canes moved to the ACC to be named to the all conference first team. Such notable Hurricane players like John Salmons, James Jones, Darius Rice and Rob Hite failed to make an all conference first team so it is indeed an honor of epic proportions especially to be voted to the team by what is essentially snobbish North Carolina oriented ACC media. Last week McClinton was named to the All-ACC Academic team as well.
