Miami is ranked #22 in this week's just released AP Poll matching the same ranking as the coaches poll. Miami was last ranked in the AP Poll on March 10, 2002, when it entered the NCAA Tournament ranked #21 by the AP. Miami's highest ever AP Poll ranking was #6 during the 1959-60 season and Miami's highest finish in the poll was #9 at the end of the 1998-99 regular season.
