I would argue they are the two team Miami has lost to the past two weekends, but here are some other possibilities.
Maryland 1984: This one speaks for itself. Blown 31 point lead against so so team that won 7 games.
East Carolina 1996. Of course this was a classic horrible blowout loss at home but ECU actually was decent that year, and Miami bounced back with the dramatic win versus West Virginia in Morgantown the next week.
Pitt 1997. A bad loss, but Pitt did win 6 games and make a bowl game.
East Carolina 1999. A bad blown lead loss but again ECU made a bowl game that year and was playing on some serious post Hurricane emotion.
North Carolina 2004. While at the time the loss looked horrible, UNC actually played pretty well down the stretch taking Va Tech to the last seconds and becoming bowl eligible.
Clemson 2004. They lost to Duke the next week but did win 7 games.
Virginia 2006. This team finished 5-6, but was actually very talented and simply underachieved under Al Groh, a poor coach. They seem to have bounced back this year at 6-1 (3-0) thus far, which means we are certain to lose to them again.
