Out of respect to the University of Miami Football community following the tragic death of Brian Pata, I will not be publishing this week an article I had teased about on Sunday regarding the stringent academic standards of the program and the desire of UM's administration to force the team to fund many university programs without upgrading the quality of facilities. I will revisit these issues at a later date.

you are using this as an excuse not to type and instead play Playstation FIFA 06 soccer. Either that or you are playing out your season on NCAA college football, making up for all the time spent working on campaigns.

When is the preseason ACC/SEC basketball article coming out?
It'll be up late Friday or Sat morning at the latest. I am slammed with post election paperwork, hopefully will get most of it done today.
I hope all the campaigns that you worked on had favorable outcomes.
I am stuck with "chicken-boy" up here for another term. Then again the "big (fat) guy" wasnt much better of an option.
This is not the time for pilling on for sure......good move.
