The Future For UM's Running Game?

With all the hype surrounding Graig Cooper's arrival at UM, you wouldn't know that two other freshman running backs are impressive. Lee Chambers who was recruited out of Mississippi could be a good one, but the guy I'm hearing lots about is Shawnberry McNeal, a true freshman from the Dallas area that I fully expected to be red shirted. McNeal flew under the radar for a lot of Canes fans because of his late switch in commitment from Texas A&M to Miami in addition to the always dreaded and usually unjust NCAA Clearinghouse, but McNeal is now eligible to play and could be a good third down back or kick returner this season. Derron Thomas hasn't really developed into the scat back many of us would like to see him be, and perhaps now McNeal can fight for that role.
