Michael Irvin who won a National Championship at Miami and three Super Bowls with the Dallas Cowboys was elected to the NFL Hall of Fame today on his third try. Irvin becomes the sixth player from a Florida school elected to the Hall joining fellow Miami alumnus Ted Hendricks, Jim Otto and Jim Kelly as well as Florida State's Fred Biletnikoff and Florida's Jack Youngblood.
