Florida State took a strong step towards the school's second NCAA bid in the last 14 seasons with a decisive 96-79 win over Maryland. Al Thornton and Tony Douglass both had big games for FSU. The Noles now hit the road where their fate will ultimately be decided. FSU has the worst road record in the ACC over the past ten seasons.
